Dave Witt is one of our Directors and has the important role of making sure that everyone on the 4site team has everything they need to work safely, efficiently, and effectively. We spoke with Dave to uncover more about his role here…
What do you enjoy most about working at 4site?
“The great atmosphere! Everyone gets on with each other really well and we are still a family company despite our recent growth, so nobody is ‘just making up the numbers’ or forgotten about. As a result, we have a great team ethos and I think we all manage to have a little fun while still doing a really good professional job.
In my position, I am lucky enough to be able to help directly influence the direction of the company, and I really enjoy seeing the decisions I help to make at board level then have a real positive impact on my colleagues, our clients, and the business as a whole.“
What does your job as Facilities and Finance Director entail?
“Ultimately, I am responsible for closely monitoring the business’ financial situation to ensure that we balance the books as all businesses must. Along with the board of directors, I also help determine 4site’s long-term strategic direction. I am also responsible for safeguarding that we as a business are compliant with all laws and relevant industry standards.“
How long have you worked at 4site and what were you doing beforehand?
“I have worked at 4site for 5 years and before this I worked for a well-known multinational vehicle rental company on their graduate management training scheme.“
What is your biggest achievement to date – personal or professional?
“Probably obtaining my law degree from Brunel University.“
