On Tuesday 26th November 2019, we will be in Bournemouth for the Leasehold Management Professionals (LMP) Event; an event held for Managing Agents in the South Coast of England.
The day is set to include lunch, refreshments, talks from industry professionals (including our very own Dr Shaun Lundy), networking opportunities, and a drinks reception.
We are the exclusive sponsor for the event which is being held by LMP; an association aimed at bringing together professionals within the Residential Leasehold Management Sector.
Since a lot of industry events are based in and around London, the LMP was set up to bring specialist CPD opportunities to Property Managers, Block Managers, and Leasehold Professionals in the South Coast region. We are proud to be supporting this and excited to see many new and familiar faces on the day!
Who will be speaking?
Our Technical Director, Shaun, will be speaking on behalf of 4site and providing you with vital technical updates on Health, Safety & Fire within Residential Property Management. If you have heard Shaun or Gary speak at events such as the IRPM Seminars and News on the Block Leasehold Conference, then you will know their sessions are not to be missed! Other speakers on the day include Benjamin Hume (Evolve Block Management) and Matt Lewis (Coles Miller Solicitors). Various members of our team will be there including: Gary Hendry, Andrew Bull, Katie Mooney, and Shaun Lundy.
When is it?
This event is being held at the Village Hotel in Bournemouth, on Tuesday 26th November 2019. Starting with lunch and networking at midday and leading on to speaker sessions between 1pm and 3.30pm, before finishing with post-event drinks and networking.
