The last, but certainly not least, member of our Client Services Team is Andrew.

Andrew has been part of the 4site family for over 3 years and works as a Client Services Manager alongside the growing Client Services Team here at 4site. We asked Andrew a few questions about life at 4site:




Firstly, what does your job as Client Services Manager entail?

“As Client Services Manager, I oversee that the Client Services Team respond to client’s requests of our services in a timely manner and to the high standard that we are proud of.  I also ensure that we approach each client with a friendly and understanding attitude.

Working within an industry that is ever evolving, my job is to make sure our services keep up with the needs of our clients. To do so, I regularly attend conferences and seminars and meet with property managers and other industry professionals.

Running the Client Services team here at 4site Consulting is a demanding, challenging role which is full of rewards.”




Where is the furthest place you have travelled to during your time at 4site?

“The furthest place I have travelled to visiting a client is Truro in Cornwall. However, I travelled to Manchester last year for one of the IRPM Regional Seminars. I actually attended all of the Regionals so got to travel to London, Bristol, Birmingham and Brighton as well.”




What do you like most about your role as a Client Services Manager?

“The diversity of the role. I get to meet so many different people, and experience a variety of different situations. As corny as it sounds, there is a satisfaction in helping and educating those who ask for it.”




What is the most unique request you have had from a client?

“The most unique question I have had from a client is if I would fly to the Caribbean to look at some offices and residential blocks to carry out risk assessments. This client already has a substantial portfolio in the UK and as much as I would have loved to have worked on my tan I had to decline as British Health & Safety Regulations do not quite cover this part of the world – such a pity in this case!

There are a number of interesting requests from clients, which I think is part of the reason I enjoy my role (you never know what is coming next)! This one stood out for me and made me smile.”




What are your personal goals for the Client Services Team?

“My personal goal is to see the team grow and develop further, as it has already begun to do so. I am looking forward to us all travelling more – across the whole of the UK – to visit clients, deliver training and attend a significant amount of industry events.”




Finally, What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

“In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family which consists of my wife, 3 children and my dog, Rusty. I also enjoy travelling, visiting places and sightseeing.”
