Manchester Leasehold 2019
Due to a highly successful event in London earlier this year, News on the Block are launching their first Manchester Leasehold. This will take place on Thursday 19th September 2019 at the DoubleTree by Hilton; close to Manchester Piccadilly train station.
We are really excited that those in the Northwest of England will now be able to access this insightful event with much more ease!
What should I expect on the day?
The day is set to include unique content, workshops run by highly -skilled and knowledgeable professionals, and industry news and developments. The focus for the event will be on promoting best practice and leading the way in improving the leasehold industry.
We are excited to be sponsoring this event and one of our Directors, David Witt and our Social Media Executive, Katie Mooney, will be manning our stand. Be sure to come and see us, we would be happy to offer advice and guidance regarding your health and safety needs.

Who will be speaking?
Some topics under the spotlight on the day include: service charge claims, right to manage, health, safety and fire, and ‘flying high’ in property management.
Another one of our Directors, Dr Shaun Lundy, will be running a workshop on ‘Health, Safety and Fire: Building a Safe Future’. Other speakers on the day include: Andrew Bulmer (CEO IRPM), Roger Hardwick (Partner at Brethertons) and Cassandra Zanelli (Partner at PM Legal Services).
