Operations Planner

As an Operations Planner, you will play a vital role in coordinating site visits and operational activities. You’ll work closely with Field Operations and Client Services teams, focusing on efficiency, collaboration, and cost-effectiveness.
What you’ll be doing:
Plan and schedule site visits in collaboration with Operations and Client Services
Prioritise and allocate urgent jobs to meet deadlines
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow
Manage diaries, workloads, and travel for Advisors and Surveyors
Maintain clear communication across the operations team
Deliver projects and tasks to a high standard and on time
Meet performance targets and deadlines
Provide flexible support across the team as needed
About you:
Experience managing a nationwide fleet of vehicles and field based operatives
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
An analytical mindset.
Experience in Health & safety industry (desirable)
