Asbestos Surveyor

We are seeking a dedicated Asbestos Surveyor to carry out high-standard asbestos surveys mainly on residential properties, while providing expert advice and support to our clients. You’ll contribute to the ongoing development of our asbestos services and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
What you’ll be doing:
Conduct asbestos surveys and compile detailed reports to the highest standard.
Provide project advice and technical support
Carry out non-licensed asbestos remedial work in line with current legislation and guidance.
Quality-check asbestos reports and assist in office operations as needed.
Support the development and promotion of our asbestos services.
Review and update promotional materials, reports, and website content to ensure compliance with legal standards.
Deliver outstanding customer care and technical support that reflects our company’s values.
Keep up to date with the latest legislation and industry developments.
Travel nationwide, including occasional overnight stays, to support projects.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including ISO 9001 standards.
About you:
Full clean UK driving license
P402 qualification + minimum of 2 years’ experience
Proven experience in asbestos surveying and project support.
Strong understanding of current asbestos regulations and best practices.
Ability to compile accurate and thorough reports.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Willingness to travel and stay away when needed.
