Marketing, Content & Events Coordinator
We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing, Content & Events Coordinator to join our team and support the planning, execution, and delivery of content, marketing strategies, and industry events across the UK. This is a varied role suited to a strong communicator who is passionate about branding, content creation, and event coordination.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll create engaging written content for blogs, websites, magazines, and more—working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Staying on top of industry trends, you’ll follow an editorial calendar to keep our content timely, relevant, and on-brand.
In support of our marketing strategy, you’ll help deliver campaigns across both digital and print channels, design promotional materials, and monitor trends to improve our approach. You’ll also assist in reporting on campaign performance and spotting new opportunities to grow the brand.
The role includes planning and attending events such as conferences and awards shows, with responsibilities covering logistics, supplier coordination, and on-site setup. You’ll maximise event impact, analyse feedback, and build partnerships through sponsorship opportunities.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team to meet deadlines and contribute to continuous improvement, including upholding standards such as ISO 9001.
About you:
Proven experience in marketing, content creation, and/or event coordination
Proficient in Canva (experience with Adobe Illustrator is a bonus)
Excellent writing and communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Full UK driving licence – ability to travel across the UK and stay overnight when required
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
