This is a much sought after award, and we found ourselves shortlisted among some strong contenders centred in providing software solutions. With our primary focus on providing risk management solutions, we were thrilled to have our software offerings announced as the winner, showcasing our experienced in-house software development arm and the solutions provided within to our client base.
Safety Management Web Portal
A system developed in-house and fully accessible for free to our entire client base. The system provides full compliance management, tracking features and more on an easy-to-use interface, free from complexities.
All aspects of the software are regularly used and interfaced by our client base. They have praised speed of adaptability to changing regulations and requests, and innovative approach to the compliance-based challenges faced by property managers.
Our experienced software team regularly update and enhance the system based on evolving needs and client feedback- consistently enhancing user experience and ensuring that clients can manage their compliance and properties effectively.
- Smart Safety
A part of our safety management web portal is a feature that we have recently developed Resident Engagement modules onto, and is a creative, innovative solution to help leaseholders and site visitors access health and safety information quickly and easily.
The system is based on the use of QR codes, created for all properties within our clients’ portfolios. Each QR code links to a public-facing, building-specific safety portal.
Each portal provides a view of pre-selected safety information and documentation as well as allowing residents, contractors and others to:
- Report concerns for the attention of property managers
- Sign in or out of an electronic visitor book
- View important risk assessment information that pertains to visitor or contractor safety
Our QR codes can be incorporated into notice boards or posters, or can be produced as part of a bespoke fire safety information poster created by the 4site team.

Compliance Calendar Tracking
Never ones to rest on our laurels, we’ve been improving our compliance calendar too. The most recent enhancements focus on improved document-based tracking. Property managers can now monitor their documentations’ expiry dates- seamlessly maintaining them within the same calendar view used for reporting and job-tracking.
The team have also added new functionality for sorting and collating key documents for use in Building Safety Cases. Documents can now be linked to both the Smart Safety and Policies & Evidence sections of the portal via the use of categories.
Building Safety Case Software
Next on the horizon is our Building Safety Case software- a new, dedicated portal designed to meet the forthcoming challenges for “in scope” building managers.
With a host of features to streamline building safety case management and allow seamless communication with the regulator, we invite interested block management companies and freeholders to explore this innovative solution with us.
Administration Tools & Compliance Score
This feature, developed in response to client requests, enhances reporting capabilities for site-based or property manager-focussed activities. It provides responsive oversight for senior managers and/or business leaders based elsewhere.
Our unique compliance scoring system allows managers of multiple buildings to quickly identify buildings with outstanding issues and allocate resources accordingly.
Future-Thinking
In the growing world of Proptech, it is common for our client base to utilise various other software offerings alongside their safety management system. It’s becoming more important than ever that these systems integrate smoothly for the sake of ease and effectiveness.
With this in mind, we have expanded the management options for external property management systems linked with our portal, ensuring seamless integration and a consistent data source between two or more systems.
