Wayfinding signage was brought into building regulations in 2020 for buildings over 11m, however this was not retrospective and was for new builds only. The Fire Safety Regulations bring into legislation that all buildings over 18m (Or 7 storeys) have wayfinding signage installed. This is retrospective and applies to all current buildings in scope.
No this only applies to fire fighting lifts or lifts that have been specifically designed and designated for evacuation purposes. LOLAR regulations still apply for all lifts in a block.

All flat entry doors should have a suitable self-closing device installed that has the power to fully close the door overcoming the latch. Electrical or service cupboards do need to have a self-closing device but should be kept locked and suitably signed.

I would recommend that 3rd party accredited contractors are used for any remedial works and all of the relevant paperwork is kept, including invoices and materials used.

If however access cannot be made a portfolio of evidence including correspondence should be produced to show ‘best endeavours’.
Although there is nothing prescriptive within the Fire Safety Act it does clarify that flat entry doors will need to considered within fire risk assessments and that the doors will fall under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and there is a duty to ensure that the flat doors do provide adequate protection.

The FRA will take into consideration the flat entry doors there is not a percentage of doors that will be assessed. This can be made up from evidence that the doors are suitable via an inspection and a copy of the flat entry door information that has been sent to the residents.
For buildings of 18m or more.
Further guidance will be produced by the government throughout the rest of the year which will clarify the regulations.
Communal fire doors such as cross corridor or stairwell doors should not be fitted with locks as this may hinder escape.
