We’re looking for a proactive Operations Planning Assistant to support our team in coordinating site visits and ensuring the smooth delivery of operational activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Planning role and make a real impact on day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support Site Visit Planning: Assist Planners in scheduling site visits, ensuring jobs are booked efficiently and aligned with operational needs.

  • Help Prioritise Urgent Jobs: Work with the wider team to allocate and manage priority jobs, meeting deadlines and client expectations.

  • Diary & Travel Coordination: Help manage Advisors’ and Surveyors’ schedules, book travel, and monitor workloads for cost-effective operations.

  • Maintain Effective Communication: Ensure smooth communication with the operations team to minimise disruptions and ensure logistical efficiency.

  • Task Support & Admin: Contribute to small projects and operational tasks as delegated, ensuring quality and timeliness.

  • Team Contribution: Work towards team and individual targets, maintaining a proactive and organised approach to your workload.

  • Flexible Support: Take on additional duties when needed to support the wider operations team.

  • Keen interest in progressing into a Planning role

  • Prior administrative or coordination experience is a plus

Pay:

£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
