Working within your capability, attending client sites as directed to carry out/provide Health, Safety and Fire risk assessments, Safe4site Compliance Audits, Training, Policy & Procedures systems, Technical advice, support and guidance. When required attend the company office to compile and Quality Check Reports and assist with any office support as requested and any other duties.

Main Duties:

  • Attend clients site to complete/provide Health, Safety and Fire risk assessments, Safe4site Compliance Audits, Training, Policy & Procedures systems, Technical advice, support and guidance to the Highest Standard.

  • Compile full and detailed Health, Safety & Fire reports to the highest standard to ensure that all relevant and appropriate Health & Safety issues are detailed and clearly brought to the attention of the Clients.

  • Provide high quality Health & Safety training using company formats for clients when requested to do so.

  • Undertake any key projects and assist with office operations as required.

  • Regularly Quality Check Health Safety and Fire Reports prior to despatch as and when requested by Management

  • Regularly review report systems/codes and Health & Safety information to ensure all legal requirements are up to date and reports remain user friendly.

  • Provide a high level of customer care and technical support that promotes and reflects the image of the business.

  • Support continued compliance with regulations and company management systems and subscribed standards.

  • Meet and exceed targets/deadlines that may be set.

  • Within your capability, undertake any other duties.

  • Ensure that you keep up to date with latest Health & Safety and client industry related legislation to ensure that you are providing true and up to date help and advice

Requirements:

  • A Level 4 Fire Safety Qualification

OR

  • A Level 3 Fire Safety Qualification with demonstrable experience assessing fire safety in residential blocks

Location: Company Head Office

Responsible to: Head of Field Operations

Manager Responsible for: Attending sites to carry out scope of Health, Safety & Fire Risk Assessments, Auditing, Training, Policy & Procedures, Health & Safety advice and any other duties.
