2024 has been a year of major growth and achievement for 4site – from large-scale recruitment, events and sponsorships to a new support service, with a leading-edge software launch and our annual charity days. We’ve been very busy!

Here’s some of our highlights for 2024 and the benefits to our clients, as well as celebrating our team as we move into 2025.

Technical achievement

We are proud to say that this year our technical team completed over 400 hours of training, we’ve hosted weekly CPD sessions and delivered more than 40 hours of training to external and internal teams.

We’ve been recruiting for a huge range of roles this year and have welcomed so many new faces! In fact, our team has grown by an amazing 44.8% increase!

We’ve continued to focus on celebrating diversity and ensuring an evolving balance of gender representation among our assessors. We’ve also continued with our commitment to career development, with several role changes and promotions achieved by the team this year.

Welcome to all our new employees and congratulations to those moving up through the ranks or working towards role changes!

Industry Events and Sponsorships

We sponsored, attended, participated in and presented at several major industry events this year – taking us a minute to count them all up!

We were sponsors and attendees at all The Property Institute conferences, seminars and regional events this year, as well as backing and participating in News on the Block’s leasehold events in London and Manchester.

We attended the Doyenne in Property conference in London (where one of our assessors, Lisa Walker, delivered an insightful talk on fire doors) and we delivered multiple educational webinars and thought-provoking talks for TPI and NOTB audiences.

You can expect to see our team at all of these events again in 2025 – we’ll be ready to answer your questions and provide expert guidance on building safety at each and every one.

Launch: Building Safety Case Support Service & Software

We proudly launched our Building Safety Case support service and bespoke software in 2024, receiving prestigious industry recognition -winning Proptech Solution of the Year at the ACE Awards!

Our new feature rich platform designed in-house serves both property managers and contractors, fostering collaboration through shared tools for audits, inspections, and real-time updates. Clients have the option to self-service, using the software to build their own building safety cases and publish them for submission to the BSR, or they can request consultation services for expert support.

Additionally, the solution equips contractors with collaboration features to better support their clients, enabling seamless delivery of audits, quality control, and consultation services within the same system, enhancing overall building safety standards.
