We’re Hiring: Client Services Coordinator

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Client Services Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our clients trust. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication and support, helping our team exceed expectations every day.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate client quotations and instructions in line with SLAs

Handle client queries via phone and email—delivering helpful, solutions-focused support

Keep client data and records updated in our electronic database

Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Uphold a high standard of customer care that reflects our company values
About you:
We’re on the lookout for someone who is:

Personable and professional—you know how to build strong client relationships

Organised and detail-oriented—you keep things running smoothly

Tech-savvy—confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Experienced—with at least 1 year in customer service and 2 years in an admin role

Salary: £22,500 – £25,000 per year (depending on experience)
