At 4site Consulting, a trusted provider in the UK property safety industry since 2006, we’re expanding our team. We are looking for an experienced property Risk Assessor to join our growing operation and large team of Risk Management professionals for someone who is based in London
Our company is synonymous with high quality Risk Management services supporting property professionals and facilities managers, and many other industries.
The role will primarily involve attending client sites to carry out Health, Safety and Fire risk assessments and compiling reports of your visits.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a key attention to detail and good understanding of risk based management as it applies to the built environment.

About You
You must be an experienced Risk Management professional based in London or South East, who has worked on residential property and holds at least a Level 4 diploma qualification, or equivalent, in Fire Risk Management, an equivalent health & safety qualification with associated professional memberships.
