We’re Hiring: Client Services Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Client Services Coordinator, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients—helping resolve their enquiries and plan visits for our team to visit their remote sites. This role is central to our operations and offers a pathway for career advancement as our company continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process client quotations and instructions swiftly and accurately in accordance with company SLAs.
  • Engage in telephone and email communications with new and existing clients, promoting our services and arranging necessary appointments.
  • Plan and program site visits, coordinating with clients, advisors, and surveyors, and manage logistical details such as keys and access.
  • Enter data into the company’s electronic database and keep records up-to-date.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance the company’s profile and meet targets.
  • Provide a high level of customer care that reflects the ethos of our business.

Who Should Apply: We are looking for someone enthusiastic, hardworking, and customer-oriented. You should have experience in customer service, be adept at building relationships, and possess excellent communication skills. Organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
