Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a meticulous Business Compliance Auditor to join our team. Reporting directly to the Finance & Facilities Director, the Business Compliance Auditor will be responsible for conducting thorough audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance audits to assess adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of compliance policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions to educate staff on compliance requirements.
• Undertake any other duties within your capability as directed by the Facilities & Finance Director.

Experience:

• Qualified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, with experience as a Business Compliance Auditor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
