Client Services Process Manager

We’re looking for a proactive, client-focused Process Manager to support the success of our Client Services function. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you’ll oversee client processes, maintain strong relationships, and drive continuous improvement across the department.

What you’ll be doing:

Client Management

  • Manage key client accounts as main point of contact

  • Build strong relationships and deliver excellent service

  • Lead client meetings (virtual and in-person)

  • Monitor performance and identify risks or growth opportunities

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Support team performance and delivery against targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

  • Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

  • Schedule site visits and manage logistics

  • Ensure timely quotations and delivery of client requirements

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse account and team performance

  • Conduct audits and provide actionable insights

  • Report progress and improvement recommendations to management

Sales & Growth

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Support account planning and revenue growth

  • Contribute to achieving team target

About you:

  • Experience in client services, account management, or similar

  • Strong organisation and communication skills

  • Confident leading client meetings

  • Proactive with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Able to analyse data and produce reports

  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
