Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a creative, organised and confident Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering engaging marketing activity across 4site.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys writing, digital marketing, events and working with people across a business. You’ll help bring our brand to life through compelling content, support campaigns and communications, and coordinate our presence at industry events.

You’ll work closely with technical specialists and internal teams, turning complex information into clear, accessible content that showcases our expertise and supports our wider business objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Write, edit and publish engaging content across blogs, websites, social media, case studies and marketing materials.

  • Work with technical specialists to turn complex information into clear, accurate content and award submissions.

  • Maintain and update our Squarespace website, supporting basic SEO and managing content through SharePoint.

  • Create and schedule social media and email marketing campaigns, supporting paid activity where required.

  • Monitor website, social media and campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Marketing & Brand

  • Support marketing campaigns across our services, recruitment and wider business priorities.

  • Coordinate internal communications, including our quarterly newsletter.

  • Create and coordinate branded materials, ensuring a consistent tone of voice and visual identity.

  • Work with internal teams, suppliers and partners to deliver marketing and sponsorship activity.

Events & Lead Generation

  • Coordinate the planning and organisation of 4site’s sponsorship and exhibition activity at industry events across the UK, managing bookings, deadlines, exhibitor requirements and key event information.

  • Prepare and support our customer-facing teams ahead of events, ensuring they have the information, materials, equipment and resources needed to represent 4site effectively.

  • Organise event logistics, including signage, merchandise, equipment, packing, delivery, collection, transport and stand requirements.

  • Act as the central point of coordination between event organisers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure arrangements are confirmed and communicated in advance.

  • Support the practical setup and delivery of events where required. While this is primarily an event coordination and logistics role rather than a customer-facing events role, you must be willing to travel within the UK and attend events to provide hands-on support when needed.

  • Research delegates and support lead generation before, during and after events.

  • Coordinate pre- and post-event communications and follow-up.

  • Collate leads and Business Development intelligence in Microsoft Planner and report outcomes to the line manager.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • At least two years’ experience working full-time in a marketing role.

  • An excellent writer, with strong literacy, copywriting and proofreading skills.

  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Confident coordinating projects, deadlines and logistics involving multiple people, suppliers and moving parts.

  • A confident communicator who can build positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers and external partners.

  • Comfortable working with technical information and translating it into clear, engaging content.

  • Confident using Squarespace, SharePoint, Canva, Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Familiar with digital marketing, social media and email marketing.

  • Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager and Google Analytics (desirable).

  • Proactive, creative and keen to make a real contribution to the success of our marketing activity.

  • Comfortable coordinating nationwide events, travelling within the UK (if required) and providing practical event support where required.

  • A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role may involve travelling to events and supporting the transportation of marketing materials and equipment.
