At 4site Consulting, delivering a great client experience depends on having the right people and processes working together behind the scenes. Clear communication, consistent service and well-managed processes all play an important part in helping our clients navigate their property compliance responsibilities with confidence.
In this 4site spotlight, we introduce Katrina Berzina-Abramsone, Client Services Process Manager at 4site Consulting. Katrina works across our Client Services function to help develop and improve the processes that support both our clients and internal teams, helping to make every stage of the customer journey as efficient, consistent and straightforward as possible.
As 4site continues to grow and develop the way we support property managers and their portfolios, Katrina plays an important role in reviewing how we work, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping our teams deliver the responsive, reliable service our clients expect.
What does a typical day look like for you?
The days are different depending on what I am working on at the time. A lot of the work is providing quotations to Portfolio clients, as well as going through various spreadsheets to ensure clients have provided any missing information, access details, confirmations ahead of their scheduled appointments. Attending client meetings via Teams. Looking for opportunities to improve the internal processes with the clients as well as within the company.
What did you do before you worked at 4site?
I worked at International Property Media. There, I was in charge of identifying and inviting the top property developers, architects, interior designers and estate agents across the globe to submit their best high-end projects into the International Property Awards.
What's one thing people might be surprised to learn about your job?
How many spreadsheets I look at during a typical day.
What questions do clients ask you most often?
So far in my experience, clients most often ask to either provide a quote, amend the appointment attendance date, provide details of the person attending the appointment.
What advice would you give to property managers trying to stay compliant?
I would advise them to keep thorough records, train their staff regularly and review any updates from government regulatory bodies on a regular basis.
Can you share a memorable project or experience from your time at 4site?
One of the most memorable experiences for me over the last couple of months has been spotting an opportunity to improve the way we approach GRA Risk Assessments. By looking at how the service was being delivered, I was able to help shape the process so it better reflected what was actually needed by the client, including both external areas and internal communal spaces. It was really rewarding to be involved in making that change, as it helped create a clearer and more complete approach for both our teams and the people we support.
What's your favourite thing about working here?
