Scott is another vital member of our technical team who specialises in Health, Safety and Fire. We interviewed Scott to find out more about him and his role here at 4site:
Firstly, what does your job as Health, Safety and Fire Advisor entail?
“I am a Health, Safety and Fire Advisor with 4site Consulting, which means I carry out our services in relation to health, safety and fire. Including: risk assessments, fire door inspections, and fire safety plans.”
What does a typical day look like for you?
“I travel across the country, therefore some days I could be working on jobs in Scotland or Newcastle, and another day I could be in Bournemouth. Some days I am in the 4site office, where I write up reports and am on hand for any technical queries that may come through to the team.”
How long have you worked at 4site Consulting?
“I have worked at 4site since March 2015, so 4 ½ years now.”
What do you like to do in your spare time?
“In my spare time I keep very active. I run two youth football teams, an under 10s and an under 15s. As well as this, I play for a local team. I am currently the oldest player in the league at a young 43 years old. I also play of a 15 handicap at golf.”
What is your biggest achievement?
“My biggest personal achievement is still being with my wife since we met at school at 16 years old – nearly 17 Years married and 25 years together! Coupled with my two children, they are my greatest achievements.”
