Our Client Services Team extends out to our Logistics Department who organise, plan and schedule each job that we have. Firstly, we interviewed Lucy, our Logistics Administrator, to find out about her role here at 4site and what she likes to do in her spare time…
Firstly, what does your job as Logistics Administrator entail?
“I work alongside the Client Services Team and support our Logistics Coordinator in organising the daily schedules for our Health & Safety Assessors. This includes allocating jobs to each individual, planning their travel routes and corresponding with clients to confirm the bookings.”
What were you doing before you started at 4site?
“I have quite a mixed background before I started at 4site. My most recent role I worked in recruitment and before that I was a swimming instructor.”
What do you like to do in your spare time?
“I really enjoy playing sports and am part of a local netball team, where I play twice a week. I also swim regularly; in my younger years I swam competitively so like to keep up my fitness wherever possible.”
If your colleagues could describe you in three words, what would they be?
“Assertive, competitive & chatty (which isn’t always the best thing!)”
What do you enjoy most about your job?
“I mostly enjoy that not one day is the same in my current role, there is always something to surprise you! Getting to speak to so many different types of people is also great, as I’m always able to learn from others.”
