Leasehold Management Professionals Events 2020



4site Consulting are pleased to be involved with the Leasehold Management Professionals (LMP) events this year in Bournemouth, Brighton and Bristol.

We sponsored and spoke at the LMP Bournemouth event towards the end of last year and we’re incredibly excited to be heading back down to the South of England to catch up with some of the Property Managers in the area who are keen to learn and work towards their CPD!

Gary Hendry TIFireE Tech IOSH, a Senior member of our technical team and Lead Health & Safety Advisor for 4site Consulting, will be speaking at all three of the events which spread across the whole of March (Full details of dates below). He will be joined by various other members of our team including: Andrew Bull - Client Services Manager, Daniel Bull – Client Services Executive, Katie Mooney – Brand and Marketing Executive, and Lucy Owen – Logistics Administrator.


The topic of Gary’s talk with me ‘Asbestos, Legionella … What to do!’ and will focus on how Property Managers should be managing the risks of Asbestos and Legionella in their buildings.  Some of the other speakers include: Zoe Southwell & Mike Barlow from Block Recruit, Bill Pryke & Zoe Walheim from Earl Kendrick, and Emma Blaney from Warwick Estates.
