Our Meet the Team series begins with our Client Services Team, and firstly we interviewed our Client Services Administrator, Jack.
We have asked Jack to answer a few questions about his role and what he does in his spare time:
Firstly, what does your job as Client Services Administrator entail?
I am responsible for engaging with clients and processing their work requests with speed and accuracy. I am often the first point of contact for our clients.
I am in charge of making sure your job request transitions seamlessly from a telephone or email to being handed over to our allocations team so that your assessment can be booked in.
My other roles include keeping sites details up-to-date on our system, and being a general point of contact for any of your queries or inquiries.
When did you start working at 4site and what did you do beforehand?
I began working for 4site in December 2018. Before that I studied American and English Literature at the University of East Anglia. I did a year abroad in Worcester, Massachusetts, and graduated from UEA with a 2:1. I feel that my studying of language and its construction has helped develop my communication skills, which I bring with me to this job.
Tell us a little more about yourself?
I’m Jack and I’m 23 years old.
In my spare time I like to read, watch television and movies, travel, and write; in fact, I am currently writing my fourth book. I am also in the process of learning Spanish and how to play the guitar, both of which I am teaching myself.
I have a black belt in Karate and Jujitsu and I used to box – I fought for Essex twice and was Eastern County Champion.
If your colleagues could describe you in three words, what would they be?
Energetic, cheerful and motivated.
