Experiencing errors when using the client login? Follow these simple steps to fix it…
It has come to our attention that some users have been experiencing errors when trying to log on to the 4site client portal today.
We are currently working on launching some exciting new features and unfortunately, this has created some minor technical errors when logging in.
Don’t panic! There are some simple steps you can take to fix this…
Step one – “Hard” refresh your page.
If you are using Google Chrome or Firefox the first step is to do a Hard Refresh; clearing the cache for that specific website. To do so, simply press Ctrl + F5. If this has not worked for you, please try step two…
Step two- clear your cache.
If you are using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer, you can clear your cache by pressing Ctrl + SHIFT + Delete on your open browser. This will bring you to a new window, be sure to check only ‘cached images and files’ if you are using Google Chrome, making sure to change the time range to ‘all time’. Finally, click clear data then close and re-open the window.
If you are using Internet Explorer only check ‘temporary Internet files’ and ‘website files and cookies and website data’ – then click delete. Click OK to return, then close and re-open the window.
Hopefully, you will now be able to access the client portal.
If you are using a different browser, or require any further assistance please be sure to contact the team – we will be happy to help!
The new features we are working on will be launching in the very near future – watch this space for some exciting new changes!
